Thank you for shopping with us. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
2. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch, not at the time of order placement.
- United States: 6–11 business days
- International: 7–10 business days
Note: These timeframes are estimates. While we strive to meet these windows, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by carrier delays or high-volume seasons.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order value.
Any promotional free shipping offers apply only to eligible orders as stated in the promotion terms.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are fully responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
We can only modify shipping details if requested within 12 hours of order placement.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If you believe your package is missing, you must contact the carrier directly first. We can assist after carrier investigation is completed.
Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the marked delivery date.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photo evidence of the item and packaging is required for review.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
