Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.

To use this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused condition
  • No visible signs of wear on soles, heels, or upper material
  • Returned in original packaging, including box and all inserts
  • All tags and protective materials intact
  • Properly packaged for return shipment

Items that show any sign of wear or damage will be rejected and sent back to the customer.


3. Return Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • A restocking fee of 10% applies to all approved refunds

The restocking fee covers inspection, handling, and processing.


4. Exchanges

We recommend using our size guide carefully before ordering.

  • One size exchange per order is offered
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • We cover shipping of the replacement pair once per order
  • Exchanges are processed faster than refunds

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of returned items.

Refunds will be reduced by:

  • Restocking fee (10%)
  • Any shipping costs already incurred

Processing time: up to 10 business days after approval.


7. Return Time Limits

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization

Late returns may be rejected.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used footwear
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Final sale or discounted clearance items

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost.


10. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit future orders in cases of:

  • Repeated high return frequency
  • Evidence of wear before return
  • Policy abuse or fraudulent behavior.
